The leaked images reveal a squared-off design and no defined camera bump around the three raised camera lenses.

According to SmartPrix, the visible changes in the Galaxy S24 will be minimal. The phone is reported to be slightly taller and thinner than the S23, with a slightly larger screen size of 6.17 inches compared to the S23’s 6.1 inches. The rear of the phone still features three camera lenses, rumored to have the same resolution as the S23: a 50-megapixel main lens, a 12-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 10-megapixel telephoto lens with a 3x optical zoom, as noted by SamMobile.

The leaked information suggests that Samsung has made subtle improvements to the Galaxy S24. Ice Universe, another reliable leaker, adds that the phone’s screen is likely to have a 1080p resolution, with a peak brightness of 2500 nits. The battery size is reportedly rated at 4,000mAh, with a maximum fast charging speed of 25W.

In terms of processors, Qualcomm’s 2024 flagship processor, expected to be called the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, is likely to be featured in the US models. However, SamMobile reports that Samsung may once again equip the phone with its own Exynos processor for other global markets, after exclusively using Snapdragon for the Galaxy S23.

There are also rumors suggesting that Samsung might launch the Galaxy S24 earlier in the year compared to its previous flagship models. The Galaxy S23 was revealed on February 1st, 2023, and the Galaxy S22 on February 9th, 2022. Leaker Ice Universe recently predicted a release date of January 18th for the Galaxy S24, as reported by 9to5Google.
