Samsung has launched its latest additions to the ‘Fan Edition’ device series with the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Galaxy Tab S9 FE+. These tablets come with 10.9-inch and 12.4-inch LCD displays, unlike the regular Galaxy Tab S9 series which features Dynamic AMOLED 2X screens. Both tablets have a 90Hz refresh rate and are IP68 rated for dust and water resistance.

In addition to the tablets, Samsung has also announced the launch of the affordable Galaxy Buds FE truly wireless stereo (TWS) headset. These earphones offer features such as active noise cancellation (ANC), which is typically found on more expensive products from the company.

The new Fan Edition devices were launched alongside the all-new S23 FE. All these devices will be available in India starting today, with prices likely to be announced during the Amazon Great Indian Festival Sale.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE starts at EUR 529 for the base model with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The larger Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ model with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage starts at EUR 699. Both tablets are available in cellular variants with 5G connectivity and come in Gray, Lavender, Mint, and Silver color options.

The Samsung Galaxy Buds FE are priced at EUR 109 and are available in Graphite and White color options.

As for specifications, both the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ run on Android 13-based One UI 5.1. The tablets feature 10.9-inch and 12.4-inch WQXGA LCD displays, respectively, with a 90Hz refresh rate. They are powered by an Exynos 1380 chipset and offer up to 8GB and 12GB of RAM, respectively, with storage options of up to 256GB. Storage can be expanded up to 1TB using a MicroSD card slot.

Both tablets come with an 8-megapixel rear camera setup and the Plus model also includes an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a 12-megapixel front-facing camera. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. The tablets have 8,000mAh and 10,000mAh batteries respectively, with support for 45W charging.

The Samsung Galaxy Buds FE TWS headset has a design similar to the previous Galaxy Buds Plus model, with the addition of ANC support. The earphones offer touch controls and the ability to switch between devices automatically. They have an IPX2 rating for splash resistance. The Galaxy Buds FE provides up to six hours of battery life with ANC enabled and a total of 21 hours including the charging case. They support SBC and AAC audio codecs.
