by Kyle Meranda

With the release of the iPhone 15 just around the corner, Apple enthusiasts are eagerly awaiting the latest lineup of products from the tech giant. However, it seems that Apple has much more in store for us in the coming months. This week, fresh rumors have emerged about the next-generation Apple Watch models, AirTag, iPads, and more. Let’s dive into the details.

One of the most exciting rumors comes from the well-known leaker “ShrimpApplePro” who claims that the second-generation Apple Watch Ultra will be available in a black titanium case in addition to the existing natural finish. This new Ultra model is expected to have a faster S9 chip along with a few other potential changes. The Apple Watch Ultra 2 is rumored to be announced alongside the iPhone 15 series and the Apple Watch Series 9, which may come in a new pink color option.

In addition to these watch rumors, we recently shared a video on our YouTube channel highlighting 15 hidden or lesser-known features of iOS 17, the latest software update from Apple. The public beta version of iOS 17 is currently available for testing, and the official release is anticipated in September. Make sure to watch the video to discover some useful features you might have missed.

When it comes to tracking lost or misplaced items, Apple’s AirTag has been a game-changer. According to analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, the next-generation AirTag is expected to enter mass production in the fourth quarter of 2024. Improvements such as enhanced Ultra Wideband functionality and longer battery life are likely to be included in the new AirTag.

For fans of Apple’s AirPods, there’s good news. We have compiled a guide outlining everything we know so far about the fourth-generation AirPods. Although it has been almost two years since the release of the third-generation AirPods, it seems we will have to wait until next year at the earliest for the fourth-generation model.

Moving on to iPads, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman reveals that Apple plans to reduce the size of the bezels on future iPad models by using a special manufacturing process similar to that used for the iPhone 15 Pro models. This means that we can expect slimmer bezels on upcoming iPad models, although exact launch dates for these devices are yet to be confirmed. Rumors suggest that new iPad Pro models with OLED displays and the M3 chip could arrive next year.

Lastly, a seventh-generation iPad mini is reportedly in the works at Apple. Although not many details have been shared, the fact that it is said to be “coming” indicates a possible launch later this year. However, analyst Ming-Chi Kuo believes that mass production of the new iPad mini will not begin until the first quarter of 2024.
